It has always been a dream to get ripped but for some reason no matter how much I work out I just seem to get a little definition with my added muscle bulk.
The only time Ive had any noticeable definition is when I go on a 10 day rotation and starve myself with for the next week.
The only problem with that is that I tend to look a little puny. And I dont get the ripped abs that I have been seeking since I was 15.
I was sick of being embarrassed every time I took my shirt off. I hated it.
I hang around alot of different health nuts and bulk junkies and everytime I ask for a little advice they just dont give me anything I can use.
They tell me a little tid bits here and there but they pretty much keep their own secrets.
This summer was the last straw. Me and a bunch of friends all took our girlfriends and wives to the beach on a road trip and I was butt of all of the jokes. Calling me fat ass and dough boy really got me angry.
1. My friends knew I was trying.
2. They did nothing to help
3. To add insult to injury they started rubbing salt in my wounds.
Like I said I was in good shape and I was not close to being fat but they still had their fun at my expense.
I stopped asking my so called friends and started to do my own investigation.
I tried different programs and still never found the results. They either demanded too much time or they just did not work.
Frustrated I started reading on other WO forums and I found a product that got really high reviews.
I had nothing to lose so I get this program called Justin Woltering's Bigger Better Faster Now.
I was completely skeptical because it was less than $60.
I have spent thousands of dollars on gym memberships, personal trainers, boot camps. And some of them work for a short while but I just lost all of my definition and kept the bulk.
Bigger Better Faster Now was different for me because:
1. I started to see a six pack in 2 weeks (it wasnt what I wanted but I get closer everyday)
2. It is way easier than all of the junk I bought that failed miserably (mostly the same stuff over and over agian)
3. I no longer had to spend money on a personal trainer. ($240 in my pocket every week)
4. It allows you to get definition first then add the bulk later (completely backwards from what I was taught)
Again I am not where I want to be yet but I dont see any problem getting my ideal body in 3 months and just bulking up from there.

Bigger Better Faster Now did take some effort though. It is advertised as being easy and compared to the other crap that I bought it was. But there is no easy magic system you have to work the program and keep working the program until you get your results.
Picture your ideal body in mind and then work Bigger Better Faster Now until you get that body.
